At Abel Burners, we take pride in the craftsmanship of our home fragrance products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your burner or oil isn't a perfect fit for your space, we offer a 30-day return window for all unused items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer care team at hello@abelburners.com with your order number and the reason for your return to receive an authorization form.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully wrap your burner in its original protective cardboard and ensure all components are securely packed to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided return label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location; we recommend obtaining a tracking receipt for your records.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our workshop inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
